Our Team

John Henek has served our clients as VP of Investments for 15 years and has overseen the exponential growth of the firm. Previously, John was Founder and President of Online Trading Academy Chicago, a premier school for financial education in the areas of Futures, Options, Stocks and Bonds with a focus on the benefits of long-term investing with stock and bond portfolios.

During his tenure at Online Trading Academy, John received hundreds of hours of professional investing education in addition to working with many clients on proper investment portfolio diversification.  John has owned and managed a large residential real estate portfolio and has previous experience in corporate sales and marketing.

John has Undergraduate and Masters degrees from the University of Illinois Champaign and maintains a Series 65 license.  Outside of work, John travels, golfs, and is active in charity work. He resides in River Forest, Illinois, is married for 31 years to Patty and has two adult children.

Joshua has over 18 years of experience working with business owners, families and individuals to lower their State and Federal Taxes via unique structures so they can accumulate and keep more of their wealth.

Joshua has logged thousands of hours of training on State and Federal Taxes and Tax minimization, Pension plans & Profit Sharing Plan re-design, Social Security, Medicare, insurance financing & refinancing, and financial planning. Joshua holds a Masters Degree in Accounting (M.S.A) from Northeastern Illinois University, a nationally ranked top 5% business school with AACSB accreditation.

Joshua is also a veteran top ranked investment portfolio manager and the firm’s Value and Growth Portfolio has outperformed the S&P 500 benchmark every single year since inception. The QCI Tactical Core Portfolio, a blended portfolio of fixed income and stocks, has also outperformed the Blended S&P 500 and Aggregate Bond index every year since inception. He is happily married to Genevieve and enjoying life raising their two young children. Joshua is an avid biker and bike racer.
